SECTION A / OVERVIEW

We believe in the quality, reliability, and performance of the hosting services we provide. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may request a refund, service credit, or account adjustment for purchases made through bnrocket.com.

Before purchasing any product or service, we encourage customers to review this policy carefully. By completing a purchase on bnrocket.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction are at the core of our approach. While not all products and services are eligible for refunds, our team will always make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide a suitable resolution whenever possible.

  • The account must not have been suspended, restricted, or flagged for abuse, spam, phishing, malware, copyright violation, or fraudulent activity.

SECTION C / SHARED & WORDPRESS

Shared Hosting & WordPress Hosting Refunds

C.1 - New Purchases

All eligible new Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting purchases are covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as described in Section B.

C.2 - Plan Upgrades

Upgrades from one plan tier to another are non-refundable. If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference charged for the upgrade will not be refunded. In cases where an upgrade results in a technical failure attributable solely to BN Rocket's infrastructure, a wallet credit may be issued at management's discretion.

C.3 - Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. However, if a renewal is processed in error due to a confirmed billing system fault, please contact our Billing Team within 48 hours of the renewal charge. If an error is confirmed, a full refund of that renewal charge will be issued.

Customers are solely responsible for managing their auto-renewal settings through the client portal. BN Rocket will not issue refunds for renewals where the customer failed to disable auto-renewal in advance.

C.4 - Monthly Billing Plans

Monthly billing plans are not eligible for refunds. Customers on monthly plans may cancel at any time; the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not be renewed.

SECTION D / VPS & CLOUD

VPS Hosting & Cloud Hosting Refunds

D.1 - 7-Day Refund Window (New Purchases Only)

YouStable offers a 7-Day Refund Window on new VPS Hosting and Cloud Hosting purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • Applicable to the customer's first VPS or Cloud Hosting purchase under their billing account only.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of service activation (not the order date).
  • The account must be in good standing with no policy violations.
  • If the VPS has been provisioned and significant resources have been consumed (large data transfers, heavy CPU workloads), a partial refund may be issued at management's discretion after deducting resource usage costs.
  • This window may be used only once per customer, per lifetime of the account.

D.2 - After the 7-Day Window

VPS and Cloud Hosting services are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window closes. Customers may cancel at any time; the service will remain active until the end of the billing period and will not be auto-renewed.

D.3 - Renewals

VPS and Cloud Hosting renewals are strictly non-refundable. Customers must manage their auto-renewal settings proactively through the client portal.

SECTION E / DEDICATED SERVERS

Dedicated Server Refunds

E.1 - General Policy

Dedicated Server orders are non-refundable. Due to the significant infrastructure provisioning costs involved - including hardware allocation, network configuration, and setup - once a dedicated server has been provisioned and access credentials have been delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

E.2 - Pre-Provisioning Cancellation

If a customer cancels a Dedicated Server order before provisioning is complete and before access credentials are delivered, a full refund will be issued. The cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order for pre-provisioning cancellation to be considered.

E.3 - Service Failure Credits

In the event of significant downtime or service failure attributable to BN Rocket's infrastructure (as documented under our SLA), account credits will be issued as per our Service Level Agreement. These are not issued as cash refunds.

SECTION F / DOMAINS

Domain Names

F.1 - New Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registration is processed and confirmed. Domain registration fees are paid directly to ICANN accredited domain registries and cannot be recovered by BN Rocket.

Exception: If a domain registration fails due to a verified technical error on BN Rocket's end and the domain is not successfully registered, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued.

F.2 - Domain Transfers

Domain transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer process has been initiated. If a transfer fails due to circumstances within BN Rocket's control, the transfer fee will be refunded.

F.3 - Domain Renewals

Domain renewal fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for managing domain expiry and renewal settings in the client portal.

F.4 - Free Domain Included with Hosting

If a hosting plan includes a complimentary domain registration and the hosting is cancelled within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, the standard retail price of the domain will be deducted from the hosting refund. The customer retains full ownership of the domain for the registered period.

  • Phishing, spoofing, or impersonation of any individual or brand

  • Violation of BN Rocket's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
  • Any activity that causes harm to other customers, servers, or third parties
  • Accounts terminated for resource abuse (excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth consumption)

H.2 - Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or credit card provider instead of contacting BN Rocket's Billing Team directly will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services associated with the billing account
  • Forfeiture of all future refund and credit eligibility on the account
  • Possible permanent ban from all BN Rocket platforms
  • Reporting of the chargeback to relevant payment processors and fraud databases where applicable

We strongly encourage customers to contact our Billing Team via support ticket before initiating any payment dispute. We resolve the vast majority of billing concerns quickly and professionally.

H.3 - Refund Abuse Clause

BN Rocket reserves the right to refuse any refund request where patterns of abuse are identified, including but not limited to:

  • Requesting a refund and then purchasing the same service again repeatedly
  • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly benefit from promotional pricing combined with the Money Back Guarantee
  • Bulk purchasing of plans with the intent to claim refunds after the promotional discount is applied
  • Using temporary email addresses or payment methods to cycle through the Money-Back Guarantee window
Anti-Fraud Notice: BN Rocket actively monitors for refund abuse patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in refund cycling, bulk abuse, or fraudulent purchase behaviour will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities and payment processors.

I.3 - Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at management's discretion in the following situations:

  • A service failure caused partial loss of functionality for a documented and verified period
  • A customer in good standing requests early cancellation mid-term on a shared hosting plan (after the 30-day money back guarantee window has closed)
  • A billing system error resulted in an overcharge for a partial period

Partial refund will be calculated on the basis of: if a service purchased at a discounted price with a higher-term commitment is cancelled before the commitment period ends, the refund will be calculated based on the billing cycle that most closely corresponds to the actual duration of service usage, using the pricing applicable to that billing cycle at the time of purchase, rather than prorating the originally purchased plan.

Partial refunds, when approved, will be issued as wallet credits by default, unless the customer explicitly requests a cash refund and the original payment method supports it.

I.4 - Wallet Credits

BN Rocket Wallet Credits are:

  • Non-transferable and non-withdrawable
  • Usable only for future purchases on bnrocket.com
  • Non-expiring but tied to the individual billing account
  • Not redeemable for cash under any circumstances

I.5 - Backups and Data Responsibility

  • BN Rocket shall not be liable for any data loss, data corruption, data deletion, security breaches, business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Customers are solely responsible for maintaining independent and regular backups of their websites, databases, emails, files, applications, VPS instances, and dedicated server data.
  • Any backup service offered by BN Rocket is provided subject to separate backup terms for VPS & Servers and does not replace the Customer's responsibility to maintain independent backups.

SECTION J / CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations & Auto-Renewal Management

J.1 - Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their auto-renewal preferences in the BN Rocket Client Portal. BN Rocket sends renewal reminder emails 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before each renewal date.

Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date does not constitute grounds for a refund unless a confirmed billing system error can be demonstrated.

J.2 - Cancellation Process

To cancel a service, log in to the Client Portal and submit a cancellation request for the relevant service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund will be issued for unused days within the current billing period unless explicitly covered under this policy.

J.3 - Immediate Cancellation

Customers requesting immediate service termination (rather than end-of-term cancellation) accept that no refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the billing period.
